The Robert F. Kennedy Center and the D.C. Office of Human Rights worked with Safe School Certification, utilizing our expertise in bullying prevention policy compliance, to develop a checklist of required elements of the 2012 Youth Bullying Prevention Act (YBPA; DC Law L19‐167) which was was signed into law on June 22, 2012 by Mayor Vincent C. Gray.
